About an order
Paying, tracking a delivery, the details Comfort Trade asks for, cancelling or getting money back: all of that is handled by the support team of our partner marketplace, which can see your order. Reach them through the chat in your checkout account.
Getting a quick answer
The more we know from the first message, the fewer replies it takes. These points help us and order support alike:
- the order number shown after payment and in the confirmation e-mail, where there is one;
- whether your club is on PlayStation, Xbox or PC;
- how many coins you ordered, and when you paid;
- a short description of the problem;
- a screenshot if a page here displays something strange.
Card numbers, login details and backup codes should never be sent to us. We do not need them, and our inbox has nothing to do with delivery. Delivery details are entered only after payment, in the form on the checkout site.
