Privacy Policy
FCCoins keeps personal data to the bare minimum. Here you can read what happens to your data when you visit fccoins.co.uk, on what basis, and how to use your rights. Version of 26 October 2026.
Controller and contact
FCCoins operates this website and acts as controller for the small amount of personal data described below. Any question or request about your data, including the rights set out further down, can be sent to support@fccoins.co.uk.
What we do not use
We set no cookies. You will find no analytics software, advertising, tracking pixels or social media buttons here, and no videos or maps embedded from third parties. That is the reason there is no cookie banner either.
Fonts are served from our own hosting rather than an external font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else about your visit.
Hosting by Cloudflare
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Each time your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare handles some technical data to deliver it and to defend the site against abuse and attacks: the IP address, the date and time, the address of the page and the browser and device details your browser sends along. We rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website as the lawful basis (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Cloudflare is our processor; it may handle this data outside the UK, with the safeguards set out in its data processing terms. We neither link this data with anything else nor try to find out who you are from it.
Ticks saved on your device
A few pages include checklists, for example what to prepare before ordering. Ticking a box stores that tick in your browser’s local storage, so it is remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device. Clearing the data for this site in your browser removes it whenever you like.
When you e-mail us
Writing to us gives us your e-mail address and the content of your message, which we use solely to answer you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR). We delete the exchange once it has served its purpose, unless a legal duty means we must hold on to it, and we will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Leaving for the checkout
The order card links to our partner marketplace. Whatever you enter on that site, from your e-mail to payment or delivery details, falls under the marketplace’s own privacy policy. We receive none of your payment data and none of your EA account details; the only things the link carries are the platform and amount you selected.
Your rights under UK law
The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 give you the right:
- to know if we hold any personal data on you, and to receive a copy;
- to have inaccurate data put right, and data erased;
- to restrict processing, or to object where we rely on legitimate interest;
- to data portability for information you supplied to us;
- to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Send any request to support@fccoins.co.uk. Since we store almost nothing, the honest reply is usually that your e-mail address is all we have. We would welcome the chance to resolve a concern ourselves before you contact the ICO.
Updates
Should the site ever add a service that handles personal data, we will revise this policy beforehand and change the date shown at the top. Previous versions can be supplied if you ask.
