1. Our role

FCCoins runs fccoins.co.uk, a UK guide to Ultimate Team coins in EA SPORTS FC 27. We publish a partner marketplace’s daily prices, shown in pounds, explain the ordering and delivery process, and offer an order card that sends your chosen platform and amount on to that marketplace.

That is where our role ends. We do not sell or deliver coins, take or hold payments, or keep customer accounts. Reading the site costs nothing and requires no registration.

2. Your contract is with the marketplace

Once you press the order card’s button, you leave FCCoins for our partner’s checkout. Any purchase you make there is agreed between you and the marketplace alone, under its own terms, privacy notice and refund policy, which it is worth reading before you pay.

Coins are delivered by Comfort Trade, which our partner says takes within 2 hours from the point your delivery details are in. Those details, requested after payment, always cover your EA account e-mail along with several backup codes. They go to the marketplace only, and FCCoins has no access to them.

3. Prices, currency and fees

We refresh prices from our partner’s data once a day. The partner quotes them in euros; we convert them into pounds at the day’s exchange rate, so any amount in pounds on this site is an estimate. The market can move between two updates.

The order card shows what the coins cost and nothing else. At checkout you are charged in euros, a service fee depending on your payment method is added, and the full euro total appears before you confirm; that total is the figure that counts. A sterling card is converted by your bank, which may charge for doing so.

4. Cancelling and refunds

The marketplace deals with refunds under its published policy. In brief:

requests are possible for 21 days after the payment date;
an order that was never delivered is repaid in full;
a delivery already under way leads to a partial refund, based on progress;
a fall in price after purchase does not entitle you to the difference;
a change of mind can mean a cancellation fee is deducted.

Orders cannot be cancelled with a button: use the checkout’s order chat, quoting your order number. These terms do not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

5. EA’s rules

Buying coins from third parties is prohibited by Electronic Arts. Its User Agreement and help pages describe possible measures, among them removing coins, limiting the Transfer Market and suspending or closing accounts. Ordering is your own decision, and neither FCCoins nor our partner marketplace has any say over what EA does to an account.

We cannot promise that an account will escape such measures and we are not liable for them. Our page on EA’s rules goes through them in detail.

6. Accuracy

Game facts on this site are checked against EA’s own pages, and we point it out wherever we rely on player guides instead. The game keeps changing through the season, so a detail may be out of date before we catch it. None of our content is legal, financial or tax advice.

7. Commission and outside links

When an order begins on this site, the marketplace pays FCCoins a commission; your price is not raised because of it. Links to other websites take you to services outside our control, governed by their own terms.

8. Trade marks

FCCoins has no affiliation with Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS or FIFA and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them. Electronic Arts Inc. owns the trade marks EA SPORTS FC, FC 27, FUT and Ultimate Team, while FIFA is a registered trade mark of FIFA. We use these names only to make clear which game the coins belong to.

9. Fair use of the site

Feel free to read pages, link to them and share them. Reusing our texts or design on another website, or pointing automated tools at the site in a way that strains it, needs our written permission first.
